What is the Return Policy?
Because each of our pieces is specially printed just for you, there are no returns on Western Christian apparel items.

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?
We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrives damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at 712screenprinting@gmail.com within a weeks time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!

When will I receive my order?
After the store closes, it can take 7-10 business days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. Shipping time depends on your location, but typical shipping times are 3-4 business days within the United States. You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out or is ready for pickup.

How can I change/adjust an existing order?
If you want to change the color or size of a product you ordered, please email 712screenprinting@gmail.com. There is a $10 fee for any change to an order.

Can I personalize my apparel products?
Yes! We allow personalization on select products. This will be listed within each individual product at the time of purchase. Personalization to the back of any product is a flat $8 charge.

I missed the store. Can I place a late order?
Late orders are accepted for most stores within a reasonable time frame. A flat $10 fee is charged to process any late order. To place a late order, please email 712screenprinting@gmail.com or call 712-470-0309. If production has begun for the store, late orders may not be accepted.
